GIRLS LACROSSE INDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS
One of our most popular offerings! These weekly one-hour training sessions are offered from November to February and focus intensely on creating muscle memory for key foundational skills.
NEW! FALL DEFENSE SESSIONS
Special one hour sessions devoted to defensive concept and footwork. Wednesdays in November at the back side of the North Ridge Racket & Paddle building.

Pricing:
- Single Sessions - $25 for players, $30 for goalies
Who:
- Everyone is welcome as long as they have some fundamental experience playing lacrosse. You do not have to be part of our travel teams to attend.
When:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays in December and January
Locations:
- St Ambrose Crossings 976 Pearl Rd, Brunswick
- Game, Speed, Performance Academy (GSPA) new address coming soon, located in Solon

Sessions:
- Goalies - Footwork, Hand Speed, Warm ups, Focus 1 (e.g. bounce shots), Focus 2 (e.g. off stick), goalie wars
- High School, MS & Youth - Shooting and Dodging, Footwork, Dodge 1 from X (walk then run through), Dodge 2 from X, Dodge 3 from X
- High School Advanced Concepts - Offense & Defense, working on 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and other concepts - this is available at the Kent location only.
